Knee or Hip Pain On The Bike? Try this test!

Many cyclists suffer from pain at the front of their knee or the side of their hip. Often this can be traced back to weakness of a key hip stabilising muscle. This Step Down Test can show up weakness of the Gluteus Medius muscle and in the second part of this video I demonstrate a simple exercise to help fix the problem.
