Dr Max Nelson, Sports Scientist, on getting the most from your cycling training
Dr Max Nelson, Sports Scientist, will be presenting at my upcoming cyclist education event and fundraiser "The Cyclist's Unfair Advantage". In this short video (part 2 of 3), Max outlines what he thinks are the key points to getting the most from your training rides, whether you are riding as part of a group, or solo. Come to the fundraising event to see Max's full presentation.
